Ed has successfully facilitated the sale of middle market companies in the medical device, aerospace manufacturing, electronics manufacturing and staffing industries.Ed obtained his MBA from the USC Marshal School of Business and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Maryland, where he graduated in the top of his class with honors. Ed is the president of the Los Angeles Chapter of California Association of Business Brokers, an accredited business valuation appraiser (AIBA), Certified Business Broker (CBB) and Professional Engineer (PE).
